Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland seeks a Test Lead (FTC) to coordinate testing across TfL ticketing and access control systems. You will lead a team of Test Engineers, drive test planning, execution and automation within a large, complex environment.

The role requires 8+ years in software/hardware testing, ISTQB Foundation, and experience with TestRail, Jira and Confluence. Flexible/remote working options are available within the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Strong test leadership and team coordination experience.
• Experience with test management tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day testing of complex transport systems.
• Plan, monitor and report test progress against schedules.
• Lead a team of Test Engineers under Scrum/Agile/Hybrid environments.
• Drive test automation and improve coverage across functional, regression and end-to-end tests.
• Ensure traceability of requirements to tests and results.
• Coordinate defect management and root-cause analysis.
