Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a highly experienced Principal Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership across the full systems engineering lifecycle for TfL programmes. You will define solution architectures, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure technical compliance with ISO/IEC/IEEE standards.

Working with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery teams, you will shape interfaces, manage risk, review key deliverables, and mentor engineers to deliver secure, scalable

Qualifications

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience on large-scale systems integration programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple complex systems integration projects.
• Define and approve system architectures, designs and interface specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through analysis, design, integration, verification and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC/IEEE standards and engineering governance.
• Mentor and coach Systems Engineers and review key engineering deliverables.
