Test Engineer (Manufacturing) £35,000 - £40,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 4% Pension + Company Benefits Northampton, Northamptonshire

Are you a Test Engineer from a mechanical or electrical background looking to join a long-standing and stable manufacturer? This role offers a variety of day-to-day work in a Monday to Friday position with a great work-life balance.

In this lab-based role, you will conduct tests and analyze data for both mechanical and electrical components, as well as final products used in the automotive industry. You will work closely with Quality and Production teams to ensure safety, performance, and quality standards are met.

This design and manufacturing company produces components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago, they boast a turnover of more than £50 million and plan to move to a new facility next year.

The Role:

• Conduct mechanical and electrical tests on components and final products
• Test for quality, safety, and performance
• Training available through shadowing on the job
• Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm; finish at 11am on Friday
