Job: Production Engineer

Location: High Wycombe

Term: Permanent

Salary: GBP 30,000 to GBP 36,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Premier Engineering is working with a manufacturing company based in High Wycombe who is looking to hire a Production Engineer to support their growing operations team.

Attributes of the Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a production engineering environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling design
• Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively
• Competence in reading technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (desirable)

Responsibilities of the Production Engineer

• Supporting production processes and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations
• Designing and developing tooling, jigs, and fixtures to aid production
