Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a talented Test Engineer to join our high-performing team and play a key role in ensuring our world-class products perform flawlessly before they reach customers around the globe As a Test Engineer, you'll take ownership of complex testing programmes from initial preparation through to completion, working on large-scale rotating equipment and pump packages that are destined for some of the world's most demanding applications. You'll lead testing activities, analyse performance data, solve technical challenges and work closely with Engineering, Projects and Production teams to ensure exceptional quality and performance. You'll be trusted to identify issues, carry out root cause investigations and help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability and operational excellence
