Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate for the Stirling centre to invigilate exams and deliver tests to candidates, ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and maintaining test integrity in a dynamic environment.

You will check IDs, book in candidates, explain processes, and support with scheduling across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to enforce guidelines and procedures.
• Full UK driving licence (not always required for all locations).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Invigilate exams and the efficient delivery of tests to candidates.
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system.
• Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervise and invigilate tests.
• Explain the test process to candidates and support with other queries.
• Review tests and test centre schedules.
• Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the test centre meets candidate needs in line with Equality Act and diversity initiatives.
• Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing.
