Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Night Shift Lead to manage store operations and deliver outstanding customer service during night hours. You will lead a small team, coordinate duties across departments, and ensure smooth execution of tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This role requires a strong leader who can coach staff and resolve issues quickly. You will work nights, with a base pay starting at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, plus a night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
