Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to manage and motivate store teams during night hours. You will drive a high level of customer service, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the store runs smoothly across all departments.

The role requires strong leadership and an ability to adapt to changing conditions. With a focus on inclusivity and service, you will lead in Tesco's mission to serve customers, communities and the planet a little better every day.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at €15.59 per hour, rising to €16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of €2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks  notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
