Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Night Shift Lead to oversee store operations during Friday and Saturday nights. You will lead the team, coordinate across store areas, and ensure excellent customer service while managing shifts that run from Friday 21:00 to Saturday 09:00.

The role includes a base rate starting at £15.59 per hour with a night premium of £2.35 between midnight and 6am, and a minimum 16 hours per week. 18+ for application, inclusive team environment, and opportunities for growth within

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
