Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a Night Shift Lead to manage store operations and lead team members during night hours. You will ensure customers receive a great service, supervise day-to-day tasks, and act as the go-to person for operational queries in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers night shifts with pay rates and eligible bonuses; you will report to the Store Manager and help drive store performance while upholding Tesco's values and standards.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
