Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will lead a store team, cover across departments, and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

The role offers pay starting at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum hours and progression opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
