Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver excellent in-store service and lead a motivated team across daily operations.

You will work across all store areas, coaching colleagues and acting as the go-to person when the Manager is unavailable, while building inclusive, positive relationships. The role offers flexible hours and benefits to colleagues who help drive great service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
