Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Lead in the United Kingdom. You will lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, work across all areas of the store, and be the go-to person for day-to-day queries. This role focuses on driving service, inclusivity, and operational excellence.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
