Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our stores in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team, coordinate across store areas, and ensure exceptional customer service. Availability windows set the scheduling of shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and opportunities for 12+ hour roles.

You must be 18 or over to apply. Leading the team, you will handle day-to-day operational queries, foster inclusive relationships, and model outstanding service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
