Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to help run store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead the team, coordinate daily tasks and be the go-to person for day-to-day questions, ensuring smooth running of the store.

The role offers flexibility with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and varying pay by location, starting at £15.59 per hour and rising to £16.86 in M25 stores. 18+ required; diverse and inclusive environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
