Tesco Store is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and deliver a great customer experience in store. You will lead the team in the Manager’s absence, coordinate with colleagues across departments, and ensure excellent service is provided to customers.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
