Tesco Shift Lead in our stores puts customers at the heart of everything we do. You will lead the team across store areas, support daily operations, and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding service, building inclusive relationships and a positive environment.

You'll work in a fast-paced retail setting with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and you must be 18+. This role offers development opportunities and a strong focus on customer experience.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
