Tesco is hiring for a Store Shift Lead in the United Kingdom. You will lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and ensure excellent customer service in-store.

The role requires leadership experience in retail, a proactive, people-focused approach, and strong communication to keep the team informed and motivated.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
