Tesco PLC in Milnrow is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store colleagues and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and act as the on-site senior presence during shifts.

This role offers flexible hours, a minimum 16 hours per week, and a starting hourly rate of £15.59, rising to £16.86 in certain stores. You’ll join an inclusive team with great benefits and development opportunities within Tesco.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
