Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee in-store operations and lead a team across all store areas. You’ll manage daily tasks, coach colleagues, and ensure a high standard of service while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of £15.59, rising to £16.86 in certain stores, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and shifts scheduled with advance notice. 18+ required to apply.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
