Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in the United Kingdom places customers at the centre, with varied shifts and teamwork across store areas. You will be part of an inclusive team delivering everyday essentials with a focus on service.

Starting pay is £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Your contracted hours will be scheduled with at least 3 weeks' notice.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.

Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
