Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily store operations and customer experience in our Hull area stores. You’ll lead teams across all store areas, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and a focus on service excellence.

Flexible hours and a minimum weekly commitment are available to fit different schedules. You will be supported in an inclusive, diverse environment with opportunities to grow within Tesco.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. Â
