Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensure great customer service, and support the management team. Availability windows outline shift times, with roles often starting at 12 hours per week and a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours.

The role pays per hour, with rates starting at £15.59 and rising to £16.86 in certain stores within the M25. You will lead the team in the Manager's absence, work across store areas, and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
