Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead position in Birmingham involves leading a fast-paced store team and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll coach colleagues, manage day-to-day operations, and act as the go-to person across store areas.

The role requires strong communication and leadership to drive store performance and customer satisfaction. Pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours weekly and flexible working options.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
