Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead daily operations, coordinate across departments, and act as a role model for service excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining store standards, and stepping in for the manager when required. A minimum 18+ role with flexible hours is expected.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
