Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a busy retail team in-store, ensuring a great customer experience across all store areas. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, and act as the manager in the manager’s absence, building inclusive relationships and keeping the team informed through clear communication.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
