Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Lead to champion superb customer service and efficient store operations. You will lead a team across store areas, ensuring daily queries are resolved and targets are met, while maintaining an inclusive, supportive atmosphere.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks†notice of your shifts.
