Job Description: Territory Sales Manager - Stryker ENT UK Scotland & Northeast UK, Stirling

We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team. This role offers a chance to join Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing ENT division, focusing on an innovative portfolio of capital, consumable, and disposable products supporting surgical specialties within ENT. We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking sales professional committed to growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities while maintaining existing business.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in NHS and private sectors, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and clinical training.
• Support cases in operating theatres.

Territory:

Scotland and North East of England. Ideally, reside within the territory.

Requirements:

• Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or relevant degree/experience.
• Proven success in medical device and capital sales.
