Job Description

We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team. If you are passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives through innovative healthcare products, this is an excellent opportunity.

This role is within Stryker’s ENT division, focusing on a portfolio that includes capital, consumables, and disposables supporting ENT surgical procedures. We seek an ambitious sales professional committed to growth.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will contribute to a successful team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through our products. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, providing excellent customer service, and developing relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, and procurement professionals. You will conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical training, and support surgical cases.

The territory covers Scotland and North East England. Ideally, you should reside within this region.

Requirements

• Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or related degree/experience
• Proven success in medical device sales, especially capital sales
• Ownership mentality with results focus
• Drive to succeed and win

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of NHS or private medical sectors is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is a plus
