Macfarlane Group is seeking a Territory Manager for the M5 Corridor (Southwest) based in Cricklade. You will balance account management with new business development, handling an established portfolio with £400k turnover and potential to double within two years.

Salary up to £45,000 per year, plus company car or allowance, bonus/OTE and benefits. This full-time, permanent role offers a supportive team, career progression and a strong track record in packaging solutions.

Formación

• At least two years' experience in field-based B2B sales.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Create and deliver a structured business plan for your territory.
• Plan and prioritise sales activity to deliver growth targets.
• Develop existing accounts and secure new customers to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities.

• Adopt a consultative approach, tailoring packaging solutions to customer needs.
• Assess profitability, negotiate and close sales with confidence.
