Job summary

Macfarlane Packaging, based in Cricklade, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the M5 Corridor. You will balance account management with new business development across Worcestershire to Bristol and drive growth with a consultative packaging solution approach.

You will spend 2–3 days per week at the Cricklade site for planning and forecasting, joining a growing, results-driven team with strong support and rewards.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in field-based B2B sales.
• Proven track record in winning new business and growing accounts.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Located near the M5 Corridor between Bristol & Worcester.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a structured business plan for your territory.
• Plan and prioritise sales activity to hit growth targets.
• Develop existing accounts and secure new customers to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships through service and product knowledge.
• Adopt a consultative approach, tailoring packaging solutions to customer needs.
