Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Bexley and surrounding areas. The role handles a mixed outlet portfolio, including convenience stores and supermarkets, with visits to forecourts and travel outlets at peak times.

You will support seasonal activation plans, site POS, and product ranges to drive growth and improve visibility, while building strong store relationships and reporting results.

• Strong selling and storytelling skills to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your territory, targets, and KPIs.
• Deliver professional and effective store visits.
• Build strong relationships with key store decision-makers and add value in every visit.
• Improve product availability and visibility in stores.
• Increase brand awareness and engagement, ensuring agreed ranges and plans are maintained.
• Act as the "eyes and ears" of TMICC by identifying opportunities, issues, and competitor activity.
• Accurately record and report all required information.
