Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Bexley and surrounding areas. You will manage a territory with convenience stores and supermarkets, visiting outlets to activate seasonal plans, improving visibility, and driving growth.

This role offers a 40-hour week, a base salary up to £27,535, plus a 10% bonus, lunch allowance, and a company car with fuel card. Flexible working and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passionate about brands and retail.
• Strong selling and storytelling skills to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your territory, targets and KPIs.
• Deliver professional and effective store visits.
• Build relationships with key store decision-makers.
• Improve product availability and visibility in stores.
• Increase brand awareness and engagement with planned ranges.
• Act as eyes and ears of TMICC by spotting opportunities and competitors.
• Accurately record and report all required information.
