Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is hiring a Customer Development Executive to promote Walls portfolio and win new accounts in Bradford and surrounding areas. You will drive distribution, visibility, and compliance while building strong retailer relationships and executing data-led territory plans.

You will work with the regional manager to grow sales and ensure outlets meet contractual terms, with a focus on delivering remarkable ice cream experiences to customers.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience in FMCG/Direct Sales is desirable but not essential.
• Strong focus on in-store execution and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive in-store execution, availability, compliance and visibility.
• Create territory plans to grow distribution, sales and market share.
• Use data to track KPIs and share best practices.
• Manage CAPEX assets like freezers and POS.
• Support JBPs within QSR chains at store level.
• Maintain accurate reporting and compliance across systems.
