Job summary

Gradus Limited is seeking a commercially focused field-based sales professional to develop Contract and Distribution sales across a regional territory. You will build relationships with architects, designers, main contractors, Local Authorities and end users, driving opportunities from specification through to order.

You’ll conduct site surveys, product templating and measurements to support accurate quotations, while promoting Gradus and Gerflor products.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing full sales cycles from specification to order
• Ability to attend site surveys, measurements and tender support
• Strong communication with architects, contractors and end users
• Numerical and analytical skills for margins, percentages and quantities

Responsibilities

• Develop Contract and Distribution sales across the region through specification and sale of Gradus and Gerflor products
• Manage projects from initial specification and tender through contract award and delivery
• Carry out site visits, surveys, templating and measurements for accurate quotations
• Promote products to Architects, Designers, Contractors and Local Authorities
• Maintain CRM with customer and project information and build a strong pipeline
• Organise CPD seminars with specifiers and build relationships across the territory
• Achieve agreed annual sales targets in collaboration with the Regional Team
