Gradus Limited, in partnership with Gerflor, is seeking a driven Key Account Manager for housing and residential sectors across Central London and the South East. You will own relationships, identify opportunities, and drive specifications for Gerflor flooring and Gradus accessories, collaborating with distributors and internal teams.

You will manage long sales cycles, build credibility at all levels, and use CRM to track opportunities, with a bonus structure up to 35% based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales or key account management with a growth track record.
• Housing sector experience is advantageous.
• Numerate, analytical and IT literate; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow key regional accounts across housing and residential sectors.
• Identify new housing projects to drive specification and sales.
• Collaborate with UK Housing Lead to align regional opportunities.
• Develop relationships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and builders.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with forecasts.
• Provide market insight on competitors and trends.
