Territory Business Manager - Maternity Cover (12 months)

Are you ready to make an impact and drive success in the healthcare industry? Join our client, a leading provider in the operating room care setting, as a Territory Business Manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with innovative and diverse people from around the world. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and improving surgical site infection knowledge through clinical training and education. Responsibilities:

As a Territory Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives.
  • Driving utilization of the Solventum product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.
  • Developing and managing favorable relationships with key decision makers (procurement leads, EBME leads, physicians, wound care nurses, nursing staff and others).
  • Improving surgical site infection knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.
  • Supporting clinical trials and product testing.
  • Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required.
  • Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and usage.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience within the medical/life science industry preferred
  • Proven sales experience is essential
  • 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare
  • Life science or business degree preferred

Location: Home-based/On the road

Ideal candidate location: Candidate must live within an hour's commute to the closet account as per the territory below.

Sales Territories - Twickenham, Havering, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Newham, Croydon, Sutton, Southwark, Lambeth, Kingston, Richmond, City and Hackney, Hounslow, Central London including Guys & St Thomas's Hospitals.

Salary: £68, per annum

Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)

Working Pattern: Full-time (39.5 hours per week)
