We are seeking a driven, customer-facing Territory Sales Manager to join a thriving and growing client dedicated to sustainability, innovation, and top-rated solutions in the design industry. You will cover the Wiltshire area, with a basic salary up to £40,000, plus the option for a company car or car allowance, with commission on top.

The role of the Territory Sales Manager involves:

• Expanding sales of both in-house and manufactured products across the Southwest and Wales.
• Managing and growing the assigned territory by building key relationships and generating new business.
• Engaging with customers to identify their packaging needs.
• Presenting and selling tailored commercial packaging solutions.
• Developing and maintaining new business opportunities.

For the Territory Sales Manager role, you need:

• Previous experience in business development in the field – they’re looking for a hunter!
• Experience within a similar industry is beneficial but not essential.
