Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Cambridge, Leicester, Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Birmingham and Coventry in the Midlands region. You will grow market share, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and champion Abbott therapies with clinical and commercial expertise.

You will lead strategic account plans, apply consultative selling, and collaborate with country teams to deliver sustainable revenue growth across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree level essential; Masters level or PhD in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare sales and/or clinical experience within Cath Lab setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory and account strategy: understand local dynamics and create targeted plans.
• Sales execution: apply consultative selling and planning to build pipeline and meet targets.
• Customer engagement: identify decision-makers and present tailored value propositions.
• Clinical and product expertise: maintain knowledge of Abbott therapies and regulatory standards.
• Technical support: respond to customer questions and provide practical support.
• Market insight: capture competitor insights and opportunities for growth.
• Performance and reporting: keep territory records and forecasts up to date.
• Collaboration and development: work with Sales Managers and marketing teams and seek ongoing learning.
• Compliance and professionalism: act ethically and in line with Abbott policies.
