Join Our Team as a Territory Manager – London Residential

Are you a driven and customer-focused professional with a passion for interior design and technical sales?

We’re looking for aTerritory Managerto represent our premium product range in the London residential market. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while building strong relationships with high-end clients, architects, and designers.

In this role you will nurture existing relationships, develop new business opportunities, effectively manage projects and provide exceptional product support and technical advice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell and communicate effectively, developing positive relationships with high end residential customers, architects and designers operating in the 'top end' of the interiors market.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and grow the area by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Be ‘hands-on’ assisting end users, architects and designers with onsite practical project advice and taking accurate site measurements.
  • Introduce the Silent Gliss product range using professional and persuasive presentation.
  • Motivate, train and develop new and existing customers.
  • Manage area activity through responsible and effective planning making full use of the company CRM system (Salesforce).

ABOUT YOU:

  • A professional, enthusiastic ‘achiever‘, motivated by results.
  • Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Practical and detail-oriented, with the ability to take precise site measurements (essential).
  • Able to absorb, understand and confidently communicate technical product information.
  • Demonstrate a passion for customer care.
  • Organised with the ability to plan activity and balance priorities.
  • Positive, ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Good numeracy and literacy and competency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and a strong interest in interior design would be beneficial.
