BD is seeking a driven Territory Manager for Medication Preparation and Delivery to drive growth in the South West territory and contribute to the BD MP&D strategy. You will engage across hospital wards to promote adoption of MP&D products and work with cross-functional teams to maximise opportunities.

The role calls for proven NHS or private-hospital selling experience, excellent communication, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

Formación

Proven track record of selling success in NHS environments or private hospitals.
Thorough knowledge of the NHS, specifically within secondary care.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

Drive sales growth and market share of the MP&D portfolio within the assigned territory.
Engage across hospital wards from staff to leadership to grow BD MP&D adoption.
Develop and execute territory plans aligned with MP&D strategy.
Build strong relationships with customers and position BD as the partner of choice.
Conduct product trials and in-service activities for account conversion.
Collaborate with Regional Business Manager, Inside Sales, and Marketing to maximise potential.
Input activities and opportunities into Salesforce.com and participate in quarterly business reviews.
