Job summary

BD is seeking a driven Territory Manager for the South West and South Wales to grow the Medication Preparation & Delivery portfolio within NHS and private hospital settings.

You will engage ward-level to executive stakeholders, develop territory plans, conduct trials, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing and regional teams to drive adoption and revenue growth within your region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling success in the NHS Environment or Private Hospitals.
• Thorough knowledge of the NHS, specifically within secondary care.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• A passion for healthcare and a drive to contribute to BD’s mission of advancing the world of health.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share of the BD MP&D Portfolio within the territory.
• Engage across hospital levels from ward to leadership to implement the MP&D portfolio.
• Develop territory plans and manage product trials & in-service processes.
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager, Inside Sales & Marketing to maximize potential.
• Input activities and opportunities into Salesforce.com and participate in quarterly business reviews.
