Job summary

BD is seeking a driven Territory Manager for the South West MP&D portfolio, covering Devon/Cornwall to the edge of London, with hospital-wide engagement to drive growth and customer value.

The role is based in Winnersh, UK, and requires collaboration with regional teams to develop and execute territory plans, manage trials, and strengthen BD’s partnership with NHS and private hospitals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling success in NHS environments or private hospitals.
• Thorough knowledge of NHS, specifically within secondary care.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share of BD MP&D portfolio, including IV sets and core products.
• Engage across hospital levels—from ward to leadership—to drive implementation and growth of MP&D.
• Leverage clinical and product knowledge to advance sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and drivers to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Develop and implement territory plan for long-term sales success, aligned with MP&D strategy.
• Follow account plans by area growth and targeted accounts.
