Job summary

BMS Engineering Recruitment is seeking a field-based medical sales professional for a South Central England region (Hampshire, Buckingham, Isle of Wight, Northampton, Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes). You’ll drive formulary sales of a range of skin care consumables, engaging with TVNs, district nurses, community nursing specialists and pharmacists.

The role offers a competitive package with a basic salary up to £45k, car allowance £500 per month, lunch allowance £5 per day and an OTE around

Qualifications

• Previous medical sales experience.
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive formulary sales of medical skin care consumables across South Central (Hampshire, Buckingham, Isle of Wight, Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes).
• Engage with TVNs, district nurses, community nursing specialists and pharmacists to grow turnover.
• Full product training will be provided and you’ll manage relationships to secure ongoing formulary inclusion.

THE ROLE: This field-based sales role is covering South Central (Hampshire, Buckingham, Isle of White, Northampton, Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes). Typical decision makers you’ll be engaging with are TVNs, district nurses, community nursing specialists, procurement and pharmacists. You’ll be selling a range of medical skin care consumables and the portfolio includes barrier creams and dressings to support wound healing, protect injured skin and prevent infection. Full product training will be provided.

THE COMPANY: Established for over 15 years, this organisation has enjoyed double digit growth over the past few years. They are looking for an established medical sales professional to manage and further develop their business, having already secured formularies across the territory across different product ranges. Driving compliance & “pulling the business through” will be key to your success, managing and growing turnover of patch.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous medical sales experience
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary – up to £45k
• Car Allowance £500 per month
• Lunch allowance £5 per day
• OTE £12,800
