You will work at the frontline of healthcare, partnering with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes while driving sustainable growth across a specialist compression portfolio.

If you enjoy autonomy, value meaningful relationships and want your work to genuinely matter, this role offers challenge, development and purpose in equal measure.

The role

As a wound care Territory Manager, you will take ownership of your territory, building trusted relationships and positioning the organisation as a long term partner of choice. You will combine strategic territory planning with hands on clinical education, working closely with a local matrix team to unlock opportunities and deliver results.

This is not a transactional sales role. It is about influence, insight and credibility in a complex healthcare environment.

What you will be responsible for
  • Owning and delivering a robust territory and business plan to maximise account growth
  • Growing compression business through high quality clinical education and training
  • Educating and supporting external clinical teams on compression aetiology and application
  • Driving sales performance against agreed targets and market share objectives
  • Using CRM systems and data insight to prioritise activity and optimise territory planning
  • Supporting formulary inclusion and ensuring strong pull through at a local level
  • Delivering confident, engaging clinical and product presentations
  • Applying challenger selling principles and current marketing messages
  • Building long term, trust based relationships across community and acute settings
  • Managing study days, customer meetings and exhibitions within the territory
  • Continuously developing clinical, commercial and therapeutic knowledge
  • Sharing insight and best practice through regional and national collaboration
What you will bring
  • Experience in healthcare sales or a strong understanding of the UK healthcare sector
  • A credible, confident communication style with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a data driven mindset
  • A results focused, resilient approach with the ability to adapt to change
  • A collaborative, team oriented way of working
  • Confidence presenting to clinical audiences in formal and informal settings
  • High level of IT literacy, including CRM systems
Background and qualifications
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Experience or interest in wound care or compression is advantageous
Why this role stands out

You will have the freedom to manage your own territory, the support of a strong matrix team and the opportunity to build expertise in a highly specialised area of healthcare. This role suits people who enjoy learning, value autonomy and want to grow a long term career where success is defined by impact as well as performance.

  • You will join a high performing organisation with a strong reputation in wound care, offering autonomy, support and the opportunity to shape territory strategy and product launches.
  • Competitive basic salary, performance related bonus, car allowance or company car
  • Private healthcare, pension scheme, employee assistance programme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, option to buy up to 5 days and sell up to 5 days annual leave
