Job summary

McCurrach UK Ltd is seeking a Key Account Representative/Territory Manager for Bath, Bristol, Salisbury & Andover. You will build strong relationships with decision makers in forecourt, convenience and grocery channels, driving sales by educating staff on a client portfolio and ensuring products are available and compliant across the territory.

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £27,500–£29,000 per year plus a bonus, company car, fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communication and influence with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent time management and territory planning.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Full UK Driving Licence (≤6 points, no bans).
• Merchandising or POS execution experience is a plus.
• Direct selling skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in forecourt, convenience & grocery channels.
• Drive sales by educating staff and decision makers on the client’s product portfolio.
• Ensure products are available and compliant across the territory.
• Support the client’s sales and marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
