Job summary

Avidity, via its McCurrach division, is seeking a Key Account Representative/Territory Manager to cover Bath, Bristol, Salisbury and Andover. The role is permanent, full-time with a competitive £27,500–£29,000 salary and a performance bonus, company car and fuel card, plus other benefits.

You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers in forecourt, convenience and grocery channels, driving sales and ensuring product availability and compliance across your defined territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent time management and territory planning abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and driven by targets.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in forecourts, convenience, and grocery channels.
• Drive sales by educating staff and decision-makers on the client’s product portfolio.
• Ensure products are available, compliant, and effectively merchandised in the territory.
• Plan and manage the Bath, Bristol, Salisbury and Andover area to meet targets.
