Job summary

Würth Group in the UK is seeking a Business Development Consultant to join our expanding field sales team across Enfield, Hounslow and Slough. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, opening doors with prospects, and building a strong pipeline to grow the business in targeted territories.

You’ll work closely with Field Sales Consultants, drive go-to-market strategies, and deliver excellent service from first contact through after-sales follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proactive, self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset.
• Experience in business development, territory expansion or new-market growth.
• Confidence engaging new prospects and opening conversations at all levels.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunity and convert interest into results.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider sales teams.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation.
• Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
