Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Experience in sales, customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Experience building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits and reviews.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support.

• Deliver profitable revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling activities.
• Identify and reactivate lapsed, dormant, and lost customer accounts.
• Analyse reasons for customer attrition and implement recovery strategies.
• Develop and execute win-back plans to recover lost revenue and market share.

• Ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
• Work closely with Area Sales Managers and support functions.
• Support implementation of company initiatives.
• Share customer insight and market feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and Pricing teams.

• Manage pricing and promotional activity in line with company guidelines.
• Support customer issue resolution where required.
