Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic in Slough is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow market share in your territory by building strong relationships with Symbol and Independent retailers and delivering a focused business plan. In this role you will drive sales of beers, ciders and soft drinks, require a full UK driving licence, and report to a Regional Sales Manager.

You’ll benefit from a base salary of £30,000 plus 20% bonus, a company vehicle and fuel card, with the role based in Slough and

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with IT and social media literacy.
• Experience in Direct Sales/Convenience or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face contact with convenience retailers to build relationships.
• Adopt a category-based selling approach to grow outlets.
• Create a territory business plan to grow sales and market share.
• Use data and evidence to drive best practice in the territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to maximise opportunities.
